Returns & Refund

1) Thank you for checking us out!  We do our best to make sure you’ll be satisfied with every purchase.  If any item falls short of your expectations, please notify us immediately at information@malibugift.com or directly at (267) 454-1124 .

2) We will send you a replacement or issue you a full credit (excluding original shipping and handling charges of $5 per gift box)  on any items returned to us within 7 days.

3) Sustainable Vintage Items are FINAL SALE.  Please reach out to us with any questions.

Shipping Information

1) We ship within the continental United States. We apologize to Alaska & Hawaii. Call us for large or heavier orders which may incur additional shipping charges. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days for delivery within 4-5 business days (see Shipping Holidays). Please allow 3 extra days for holiday orders. Our packaging is recyclable. We ship 2 times a week for freshness (Tues & Fri). Please contact us for better shipping rates if you would like to order multiple boxes for the same address.

2) SHIPPING HOLIDAYS: MalibuGift and its carriers will not ship or deliver on the following days: New Year’s Eve – Only Air package will be delivered; New Year’s Day; Presidents` Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving; Christmas; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day. We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes

Scheduled Delivery

1) Nothing is more important than making sure your gifts get to where they’re supposed to on time. That said, this holiday season is unlike any other. Mail carriers are more backed up than ever. Due to the pandemic as well as the high volume of online shopping deliveries, it will be necessary to take additional steps to ensure your packages arrive when you want them to.

2) We strongly recommend placing your orders 5-7 days prior to the desired delivery date. If you do order ahead of time, let us know what day you would like to have your order delivered in the comments section at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
