This years Gourmet Cookie treat inspiration comes from our nights at the beach which always include making s’mores around the fire pit! Our chefs took that inspiration and coupled it with our chocolate truffle ingredients, marshmallows, and a graham cracker cookie to create the “indoor s’more” for when you just can’t fire up the pit!
The team has created this casually luxurious treat by dousing fluffy marshmallow and a crunchy graham cracker cookie with gourmet chocolate creating a candy bar sized s’more. Each cookie is huge with a thick coat of milk chocolate. Then, the chefs drizzle dark chocolate all over the top for that luxurious touch. Wow.
